These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your pre-order of the book The Future Is AI Search by David Esau, published by ProfitLab-AI, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this site or placing a pre-order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the site or place an order.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the site lawfully, not to submit false information, and not to scrape, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
3. Pre-orders, Pricing & Payment
The book is offered on a pre-order basis at $25.00 USD with free shipping within the United States. Payment is collected at the time of pre-order through our payment processor, Stripe. Pre-ordered books ship after the book is released; estimated timing is provided at checkout and may change. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a refund. Prices and availability may change, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
4. Free Chapter Download
We may make sample chapters available for free with your email address. These materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial use and may be pre-publication (uncorrected) content subject to change before final publication. You may not redistribute or resell them.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, book cover art, graphics, and the book’s contents — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view the site for personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission. Product names and brands referenced belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
6. Third-Party Links and Tools
The site links to third-party services (such as retailer pages and our payment processor). We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third-party sites, and your use of them is governed by their terms.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Results, figures, and case studies described in the book or on this site reflect specific documented engagements, are not typical, and are not a guarantee of any outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the site or a pre-order will not exceed the amount you paid us, and we will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Charitable Donation
We donate $5 from every copy sold to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. This is a voluntary commitment by the publisher and does not create any contractual right in any third party.
9. Communications Consent
When you provide your email address, you consent to receive transactional messages (such as your download and order confirmations) and, where you have opted in, occasional updates about the book. You can unsubscribe from non-transactional email at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
